As I requested my credit card to be sent to my local post office, ABSA sent it to the criminal invested downtown post office of Emalahleni. As I explicitly requested to be sent to my local post office, they ignored my request and sent it to the wrong post office. Now they want to charge me courier fees to send it to the branch I request it to be sent, as I also can not make time to get to the branch as I work out of town. ABSA said that they can not rectify this problem and only send it to the branch from the post office. I am fed up with their pathetic service after being a loayal customer for over 10 years with them. I have missed 2x credit card collections already as I unfortunately am unable to collect it during the branch's working hours as I have a very demanding job.
