BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I posted a parcel on Monday the 9 December 2013 at Jeffreysbay Eastern Cape to leave for Kuilsrivier Western Cape, due to the post office been closed on Tuesday my parcel leave for Port Elizabeth Head post office on Wednesday..When I phone the post office on Thursday they told me that the parcel are already in Cape Town with Cape Mail, but it would leave Cape town on Friday. When I phone today (Tuesday 17 December 2013) they did not even scanned the parcel after allot of calls to Cape Mail and Kuilsrivier post office I phoned Port Elizabeth post office (and told the person that Cape mail said the parcel is still in PE) and then the person in PE told me that Cape Mail scanned it 12h43 today Tuesday 17 December 2013 for Kuilsrivier. It was BAD SERVICE FROM WESTERN CAPE TO ABOUT THE PARCEL AND TO PASS THE BUCK... IT MEANS IN SHORT THAT A PARCEL WILL TAKE NOT 4 WORKING DAYS BUT NEARLY 10 DAYS.
