When it comes to pitching up on the day, they were a no show.
After receiving and accepting their quote and arranging a date, time and venue for our carpets to be cleaned, come the day they just never pitched. We closed business for the day to have our carpets and furniture cleaned after painting and needed this to be done first thing so that we could set our offices up for work the next day. When CleanServ never pitched we had to urgently arrange for another company to help us out.
