This is what we received in the quote: "all four rooms, curtains will be cleaned for free".
And before we had the new carpets installed, we were assured that all the curtains would be taken away and cleaned. Upon arrival of the people to take away the curtains for cleaning, we were told that they were going to steam clean at our premises rather. They then said that said curtains were too dirty to steam clean and needed to be cleaned at their factory, which was what we were initially told anyway
We then received a call from Gabriel saying that we need to pay for the cleaning. Surely one must honour the original contract?
