CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

Last May 2012 my parents cancelled their Multichoice Account through Henberg Electronics in Three Rivers because they moved abroad.
Despite having signed the Change of Ownership document with one of their (totally useless) staff members, Karen, they are still paying for their long closed account after nearly a year!
My mother were in South Africa a couple of weeks ago to deal with the matter personally, but unfortunately Karen and everyone at Henberg were not only unhelpful but also very rude.
They keep blaming Multichoice headquarters for this situation saying there is nothing they can do. But how is it possible since they at Henberg have all the documents?

My mother has now received an ultimatum to pay the outstanding account and there is no way that we can get in touch with them.
Can you please help out?
