We had our carpets cleaned through Eezi dry, after they left I spend days and weeks having to revaccuum my carpets due to my whole house being covered in gold dust - which was used by them to dry clean our carpets. My dogs were allergic to the dust and we had to try and contain all the dust.
We called and complained an after numerous attempts Herman half heartedly came across to see the damage - said he never has had this problem before and that we should write a letter to the supplier of their product and complain and he would sent it to them. We were appalled by his lack of willingness to help us out. We then called Letitia at their head office 2 weeks later after the dust was still on our house - she promised to get back to us and it had been 10 days with no response - please don't ever use this service - they are not professional and they use inferior products.
