Don't be fooled by their website - these guys clearly know nothing about carpets!
I arranged to have rugs cleaned which were only a few months old (and Tibetan silk) but had some dog urine stains.
When they arrived my power was out so they took them away to clean. Unfortunately I was forced to pay before I could inspect as they wanted proof of payment (R1000 for 4 carpets) before they would drop them off. When they arrived they were full of leaves and I only noticed after they had gone all the dirt (appears to be oil) on the back of the one carpet - they had clearly cleaned them on the driveway or dirty service.
On top of that they were in worse condition than when they took them!
Initially I asked them to return to fix the mess but later I rather asked for a refund so I could get someone else in. He stated that my carpets were "unsalvageable" and no refunds.
On threatening to put on Hellopeter, I received the following sms response "You will regret it, every bit. Full stop"
They are clearly bad news with this type of attitude and I warn all against using them!
