Bought clip-in extentions from them. It is suppose to be real hair, that will lats longer than 2 years. No knotting and breakage. I bought extentions from them 5 years ago that is still in perfect conditions. Had them in 6 times and not one day had any breakage or knots. I asked for the same quAlity hair. I returned the hair ans i was treated very bad. I use the best in- salon products and the best treTments and still the hair knots and break of. I was told that im the only person that complains. I did find out that the reason for this is due to the hir that is in differnt directions and this will make the cuticles of the hair rub agains one another. This is not due to the hair that is damage but to the direction of the hair. She is well aware of this. Im a loyal person and send many people to her and this is how i get treated. I didnt pay 1850 for extentions to last 5 months. The moment the hair hets sold to them the hair is treated with silicone. After a few washes this is gone and then the real state of the hair is visuble. I was treated with disrepect as a client. I asked for a refund and was refused.
