Paying for a Laptop that is not working

I just bought a brand new Proline laptop from Fonechoice late 2012 but it has already crashed it shows a message error loading operating system then it doesn't go further, it was very slow for a new laptop and it's still slow I called fonechoice call centre to my surprise the call centre guy told me to play with it and try to resolve the problem myself I mean really the service was bad, when the saleslady was advertising the laptop she said the laptop has all the office programs but there is nothing loaded, I received the laptop with their speed service but they can't give me speed service when its broken, i started calling them again on the 26/06/13 &01/07/2013 and on the 04/07/2013 they have not yet picked it up but they are up to date with their debit orders, they can't say when the couriers will come and pick it up they say it takes 4 days, they also don't know when I will receive it once it has been collected, Fonechoice service is beyond the word bad it's actually a money making Scheme the don't care about their clients
