I contacted Affordable Garages to repair our garage door which they did and I paid them cash. My husband found the invoice and thought he had to pay by eft which he did. This happened on 17th April. On the 18th after realizing our double payment error I contacted Margie at AGD who requested proof of payment.
I emailed the proof of payment immediately. From the 18th April to date they have not refunded the money and the continually give us the run around about why they cannot refund our money. Their favorite excuse is that their book keeper is on maternity leave. Beware of dealing with the and do not pay them cash.
