My laptop was picked up about 5 weeks ago for repairs and up to date I have not received any feedback. Every time when i call the call centre i am told that it is in for repairs. Really??
i have hardly use the laptop and would really like it back as a matter of urgency.
Can you please let me know when I can have my laptop back or some constructive feedback. They can at least send an sms or e-mail about the progress.
