I have been in the printing industry for 35years and NEVER in my life come across such a useless company!!
there service is slow and their accounts are never up to date. Their technicians try their hardest to fix the machines but there are endless problems which causes you to wait for them up to 2 days whilst you loose business and make your clients unhappy. Their telephones skills are not up to scratch and never ask you the correct questions. This company is a JOKE never order a Ricoh machines you will over promises and under delivery!!!
