We have a service contract with Bloemoffice for two of our copy machines. We contacted them in November 2012 when we started having problems with our machines. They came to our school once this year and were not able to fix the machines. They told us that they have to order new parts. As yet our machines are still out of order. Their answer to our calls is that they do not have the parts or they have problems with transport. We cannot operate the school without the machines. We cannot afford to get new machines at this stage and are really desparate.
