We took our Ricoh sublimation printer for repairs to the Garden Route branch in May 2012. The sales manager assured us they could repair it even though it was a sublimation printer. Later he called to say that the new part they had put in had blown and they had now found out they couldnt repair the printer after all. But i had to pay the R1800 for the broken part. So now I have a broken printer and a broken part, for which I have had to pay. Are Ricoh this desperate for money? I made many attempts to talk to the franchise owner about this, but he was always "not available".
