On Friday 3 May I had an appointment at Rootz Hair Studio with a voucher I received from them. I did a full head color, cut and blow wave as per the voucher but I was called back AFTER and told I have to pay R550 for the tint because i misunderstood the voucher, but here is what the voucher reads: "This voucher entitles you to: 1 Free Cut and Blow with a full Tint / Highlights". I understood that you get a free cut and blow as well as a full tint or highlights, but instead it means you have to pay for a full tint or highlights to get a free cut and blow. But no where does it state you have to pay, or any price or nothing. Next time please choose your words wisely on a voucher, as I asked 6 people how they interpreted the voucher, and they all interpreted it exactly the same way I did. I paid the money against my will, which i also couldn't afford as I am just a student and they didn't even want to give me any extra discount for the misunderstanding or anything. Definitely the most expensive color I've ever had, and they will not receive any further good words from me - VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
