My parcel arrived at customs on the 18/04/2013, i was told to email my invoices to [Email Removed] on the 25/04/2013 havent heard from her since then i might aswell have asked a brick for help. Yesterday i decided to fax my invoices to customs as i received a letter to do so, well my parcel witch was in transit for 12 days already was last scanned today at 10:31 and still has the status of in transit!!! Am at my wits end don't no what to do anymore or who to ask for help
Is a parcel from Hong Kong with free shipping seriously going to take faster to get to South Africa, then my parcel from Epping to Cape Town
