I logged a complaint the 18 April and received a response to say feedback will be provided. This was on Thursday last week 6 days has passed and there has been no feedback. You are charging interest and charges before I was made aware the account has been handed over. this is not fair practice and I have issued a letter to the NCA as this is unfair tretment. You cannot charge more charges if I have not been notified. I am going to approach a lawyer as I have given you the opportunity to respond and nothing has been done. I need to know why you are charging so many charges and what is all these chrges for. I want a response as a matter of urgency as I am not going to leave this here.
