I settled my account on 29 April and requested a breakdown of my settlement amount. I have not had any feedback at all. There was initially a problem with my settlement amount as they did not take into consideration a payment that went of my account on 25 April. They reworked it with the payment deducted but still went and added interest and services charges to the account which was paid on the 29th. Service and interest only gets raised on my account on between the 4th and 6th of every month. I am of the opinion that the interest and service charges shouldnt have been added and want an explanation of this please.
