I have been involved in an attempted hi jacking and smashed my car on the 4th on April and submitted a claim the very next day 5th April, all supporting documents where submitted on the 6th on April and to date have not gotten any feedback regarding my claim!!! Aside from a kind lady that I have been when I logged this claim once this matter was passed over to the "assessors" it has just been downhill. I have even got a second person involved to call and check up on the progress but no one is ever available to give us feedback. Emails are replied to days apart and the office lines are always busy.
The time period waited is ridiculous and still no feedback!!!
