How can it be possible to obtain a free handset and then be charged a "device charge" over and above the monthly sub fee.
The only devices provided are the free handsets,
Furthermore we were not advised of same on signing, and when the matter was brought to the stores attention, was promised that the "device charges" will be reversed.
Over a year has passed and now head office confirms that these charges cannot be reversed.
This is blatant chicanery and Autopage needs to be investigated for unfair business practice.
