No response to opening an investment account

I have been trying to open an Flexi Fixed deposit with FNB for the last 10 days already through their website.
I have applied twice, and received no feedback.
I have submitted a complaint via there website and have received no feedback.

In the meantime my money is now lying in an ordinary savings account EARNING NO INTEREST while I wait for a response.

If it was not for the fact that I have family depositing money into my FNB account, I would close it all down.
