Good day,

I have been struggling to get a sttement from VVM for quite some time.
After sending an email to the complaints manager Johandie Wahl, I finaly received some feedback regarding the overdue account.
The arrangement was made for 3 payments of R475.00 to be aid - a total amount of R1425.00 to be paid on or before 31/03/2013.
Proof of payment was send to VVM with a request for a statement of proof that the account has been settled.

I still haven't received any confirmation of the account being paid up to date, and I keep receiving text messages stating that I haven't made contact and that we still owe an ammount of R1675.00.

I have send emails after emails but I am not getting any joy from the "assistants" and the complaints manager hasn't been replying to my emails.

I am frustrated as I don't know what to do regarding these messages that I keep receiving -
Your failure to contact us despite various requests is considered to be legal conformation of your indebtedness iro SABC TV Licence acc ---. Pay before the 25/03/2013 to avoid further action and penalties. VVM Debt Collectors 0877401214

We are being charged penalties due to the incompetance of VVM.
