I got a call from norman bissett saying the edgas account is handed over to them. I could'nt pay the whole balance, I requested for the settlement discount came to R7500.00. Before paying the account I spoke to the manager in resolutions by the name of Ingrid Olivia Mann which I requested the settlement letter and the turn around time after the account is paid in full. They said it will take seven working days for the account to be closed and payment to show on itc. The payment was made on the 13th February 2013. I've been calling since from the 27th and the people that I spoke to is Gugu and Natalie. All of them they saying the same thing, that they will get back to me. Yesterday I spoke to the manager and she said the same thing. So today I called back to find out if it has been done. she told me that has been done and by the end of the day I will get the paid up letter. I decided to call their client to find out if its the truth. Tshepo from edgas head office told me that there is nothing that has been done. We decided to do a conference call so Ingrid can answer why she by saying the account is zerorized she refused. Those guys are full of. I wldnt adv any1 2 trst thm
