On Monday 08 October 2012, I made a payment arrangement with Ingrid Mann and she said " settlement amount would be R2338.00 Payable in three months 2338.00 /3 = R779.33
ie October 2012 - R779.33, November - R779.33 and Dec 2012 - R779.3"
Whilst making payments towards the agreed settlement I recieved a call saying that I owe R1100 just before making the last installment, I wasnt happy and a lady by the name of Njabulo said to me that I have to "pay R700 and then the account will be closed"... I paid the amount and asked Ingrid what will happen next and she said that as soon as the payments reflect on their clients system, in this regard. "once the last payment is made, the extra cost and interest will be reversed from our system. Once the balance reflect Nil " this was her response.
This morning I get a text supposedly reminding me to pay R521.40. I dont understand.
I just want to know, will I be paying this account for the rest of my life? It is very sad for me to know that I am paying off a debt that wont dissapear and the amount of money I paid already is so much yet the debt is still there.
Please Help me, I need to know what to do know, please.
