Failure to remove client off database

I had an a loan with Wesbank's (Call Direct) which I paid off after being handed over to the Norman Bissett and Associates in 2012. I made an agreement with them to pay of the account in small amounts of R 250.00 every month as i was retrenched at the time. Each month I honored my agreement and paid to the FNB account provided by them, to my suprise though every single month I would get a phone call from 3-4 consultants advising me that i do not honor my agreement to pay and every time I would tell them to reconcile their statements to see if there are no payment but this would not be done. I eventually went to their offices in Sandton in September 2013 to show them my statements from the Bank showing the payments & I spoke to a lady called Betty Sefume who assured me that this account is closed as there is a paid up letter received from Wesbank and she would ensure that i do not receive any phone calls from the consultants any more, but to date I am still receiving these calls and e-mails telling me about my outstanding balance. PLEASE CAN CEO OR MANAGERS FROM THIS COMPANY DO THEIR JOB & REMOVE ME FROM YOUR DATABASE PLEAS!!!
