I personally paid in full and closed my Edgars account last year in December. A few months later, Norman Bisset and Associates phoned me to say that I must pay R50. I explained to them that I paid my account and closed my Edgards Account when I paid them in FULL. They harassed me on a daily basis for R50. I even told them that they can take me to court and we'll sought the matter out with the judge.
Eventually they stopped calling.
I then wanted to purchase a bed about two weeks ago. I couldn't buy because Norman Bissett put my name on the ITC. i called Norman Bissett wanting to pay the R50 to avoid any hassels. They then said that I have to pay R236. I argued with them but I saw that it was a waste of time and I decided to pay that money. I am at this point extremely upset. So I paid the R236 faxed through the payment confirmation on the 14 Jul 13. A week later I called to ask for my settlement letter and according to Thandi, she did not receive any proof of payment. Now that is strange because I have the proof that I have emailed her on the 14th July. Another week has passed and currently still NO LETTER OF PAYMENT.
