I have asked for settlement amount when I have made ten payments. The balance she sent me for eight payments is R7 367.21. I have made ten payments to date and yet the balance amount has not changed. The problem is she said my settlement amount is R`8 256.45. I have mailed her the payslip to show how much I have paid including their ten percent collection fee. I have waited now for three weeks for the correct settlement amount so that I can pay and clear my name as I have judgement hanging over my head. I wanted to buy the car. I can't because of the attitude of this lady. Why should companie like FLEMIX & ASSOCIATES be allowed to opporate as they seemed to only rip off people istead of bring solutions to the problems. Why should I be so unfairly disadvantaged. My name should be cleared now if it were not of their delaying tactics.
