I had a Capitec loan yes. I PAID IT IN FULL INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT what is the problem now for phoning me and harassing me again? You phoned me 6 times in 1day, call center people telling me"stop hiding pay the money, confirm your ID over the phone they sick and tired of phoning me, why don't you smoke or drink less and pay your account". I don't even smoke or drink for that matter. I don't even confirm my Id over the phone for my insurance company that I phone or bank for that matter. Who do you think you are giving me ultimatums?
Please get your staffing right stop HARRASING me being RUDE to me and lose my number for ever. I consider this matter closed for I have paid you in full that I owed you if you wish to take this matter further please do so. Any additional charges for harassing me I will not be held account bill for. If your systems or staffing can't find the payment I suggest that you find more competent people that can do the work.
