Good Afternoon, a year ago i received a call that i have been handed over to lawyers and i need to pay R1000 ( _) k good and well, i then made a debit order arrangement and had 3 successfull payment of R325 to date they are calling still saying im owing R1200 i ask how come i owe even more than i owed before and what happened to the money i paid i dont get a response i asked for a statement it took 6 months to give me a statement that doesnt make sense and when i ask what the transaction name means they dont know they say i must phone the service provide and i did and they reffered me back to MBD attorneys, it is so frustrating that i have to explain myself all over again as different ppl call me and when i ask the for the supervisor im given an attitude, all im asking is how can i pay R900 and more and still R1200 of the initial R1000 can you please assist me
