I paid an amount owing to Boodle two months ago, however they still handed me over to HTN Attorneys. I have forwarded proof of payment to both Boodle and HTN Attorneys however they still send me threatening sms' which I do not appreciate! I requested a statement and the payment CLEARLY reflects on their statement so why am I being harrassed??? Phoning them is a waste of time as they say I must speak to Boodle and Boodle say I must speak to HTN Attorneys.
Please stop threatening me via sms - this is unnecessary and uncalled for.
