ON 16 OCT I RECEIVED A SMS ADVISING ME TO MAKE PROVISION FOR A DEBIT ORDER OF R1000 WHICH WILL OPERATE ON THE 18TH. I CALLED TO ADVISE THAT MY ARRANGEMENT WAS FOR THE 22ND. SPOKE TO ONKE. I ASKED HIM FOR A SETTLEMENT FIGURE, HE GAVE ME AN AMOUNT LESS 35% WHICH WAS R2228.11 WHICH I SETTLED IMMEDIATELY. HE PROMISED TO CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER. A SETTLEMENT LETTER WAS TO FOLLOW ON THE 18TH WHICH I HADN'T RECEIVED. ON THE 21ST I SAW THAT THE DEBIT ORDER WAS PRESENTED FOR R1000. I CALLED IN REQUESTING THE SETTLEMENT LETTER AND A REFUND. I WAS TOLD TO FAX MY BANK STATEMENT WITH MY REFERENCE FOR THE REFUND. I FAXED IT TO 011 5606598 AND EMAILED IT ON THE 21ST AND AGAIN ON THE 30TH. ON THE 28TH I HAD STILL NOT RECEIVED MY LETTER OR ANY WORD ON MY REFUND. I CALLED YOUR CALL CENTRE GOT THROUGH TO COLLECTIONS AFTER 5 ATTEMPTS OF HAVING THE CALL CUT OFF DUE TO NO ANSWER ON 0115604814. EVENTUALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE AND GOT REFERRED TO CUSTOMER CARE.!!! THEY ARE PATHETIC. I CALLED 30 TIMES IN ONE DAY, EVERY SINGLE TIME THE CALL WAS CUT. EVENTUALLY I CALLED SWITCHBOARD WHO GOT IT WRONG AND PUT ME BACK TO COLLECTIONS. ON THE 30TH AFTER A FEW CALLS I GOT MY LETTER BUT SO MUCH ATTITUDE.
