My account with Wonga is in arrears, and I was handed over to Blake Attorneys for collection. Immediately after receiving documentation (emails and sms'e) from them, I contacted them and made an arrangement to pay the account in installments. I have kept to my arrangement, but at the end of August I couldn't pay the R500.00 as arranged and send emails to Blake Attorneys and Wonga Customer Care, to inform them of this. I haven't received any feedback, so I presumed everything was in order, and that I will make another payment at the end of September.
Today I received a phone call from Lenday Attorneys from 011-526 3280 stating that Wonga have handed me over to them for collection.
Now please explain, why have I been handed over to TWO different attorneys for collection, and why are ANY ATTORNEYS AT ALL CONTACTING ME IF I MADE AN ARRANGEMENT AND WILL MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF WONGA AND AM AT THE POINT TO REPORT THIS HARASSMENT TO THE NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR!
PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!
