To say I am utterly disgusted is an understatement.
After 2 years of literrally begging Cell C to send me their account details so I could settle the account which I closed within 6 month of my contract with cell c due to their poor service.
Nonethless I continued paying the account via debit order only to be told at the end that I still owed 299 for two months (600).
To cut the long story short I just received an sms from JM attorney regarding my overdue account. I called the number only to treated like a criminal by the lady who answered the phone, I was just shocked that I now owe /-R980 so i requested for a detailed statement needless to say she told me I will pay more by day if I dont make an arrangement. I said I dont need to make one I just need the statement so I know what I am paying for I think that well within my right as a consumer. She said I 'll get the statement in a week or two and the amount would have increased!!!
