I had a alarm system with adt and subsequently lost my job i explained to adt the problem as i could not pay ..i was handed over to gbm attorneys ever since my problem started i made a arangement to pay R700 a month i never received statements regarding the account i requested a statement every 3 months never received one every time i phoned gbm attorneys elize was not available but i was charged R35 for the call i made a couple of calls but same problem elize is not there every call i was charged when i did get hold of her she never had the file and had to look for it and then phone me back which i was charged for i complained and asked for her supervisor to phone me, still waiting... recently pierre took over the file when i started to query my balance and charges the added i was informed my file and contract i made for my debt recovery is missing i asked for a detailed statement about my account as im still paying and received a threatening email from gbm attorneys saying they will take legal action if i don't pay im still paying the amount on the contract is R12500 i have paid R14000 so far and still owe R1000-??? an d they cant say why??
