Africa dawn does work for the JRA to compensate customers for damage to their vehicle due to negligence for non maintenance of road infrastructure. my complaint was logged with the JRA and subsequently passed onto Africa Dawn to finalise. Firstly, Africa Dawn did not receive docs from the JRA for completion of the request. I had to phone the company and then they accepted my copies of the same submitted docs. Month's later - no feedback to numerous emails. I phoned again - resent docs which seem to not be received by the team. I received a call to advise I would be compensated. It's 2 montsh later and no one on their side has aknowledged receipt of or responded at all to my request. Their response time is slower than a statue.
