I ordered cartridges from SOS on Friday 11.01.13, we had an account issue which was rectified and i was advised by Dawn Nel that my cartridges would be delivered on Monday. After sending her emails from Monday reminding her of the cartridges and asking when can we expect delivery she blatantly just ignored the emails. I called her and she completely denied ever advising me of any cartridges. Dawn had forgotten to advise Vaven Naidoo that the account issue was sorted and that he should go ahead with the order. After speaking to 8 different people and hearing 8 different stories my cartridges are still not delivered, Dawn takes no responsibility in this and Vaven blames Dawn. Absolutely pathetic service! I wish we never signed a 5 year contract with Canon cause dealing with these suppliers are as bad as dealing with raw criminals!
