We phoned Dawn prior to our arrival as every unit only has one parking space per unit but arrangements can be made with the owner. Arrangements were made and we advised that we would be bringing a bike trailor. When we arrived there the first thing Dawn said to us was "you are early". What a nice way to great your guests.
Then we drove into the premises, the driveway is very narrow and turning with a bike trailor isnt very easy. Dawn has made a garden in the driveway which makes it extremely difficult to drive. She screamed like a crazy person when we accidently drove into the garden.
Dawn then called one of her workers stating that they must fix the garden because these people cant drive. We overheard this comment and confronted Dawn. We requested our money back so we could find alternative accommodation, she said we wouldn't receive a cent. When we eventually left after the worst week ever, she started sending threatening smses and emails. Whilst we were still there she left notes in our units saying we are unpleasant guests and we should think what would do.
By the looks of all the comments left on various websites we aren't the only people that have had this treatment.
