Norton Lambrianos - I have been struggling to get a refund of R723 paid into your Nedbank Account 1051266963 in error, returned to MY FNB bank account. I have sent my Bank Statement and received confirmation from Kedibone Motseko that the funds were received into your accounts. I have sent my bank statements to Kedibone twice now. No acknowledgment and no confirmation that the refund is being processed. I called Kedibone this morning as I spoke to a consultant that just dropped the call after I explained the above to her. PLEASE CONFIRM WHEN THE REFUND WILL BE PERFORMED PLEASE. This is urgent. Please assist!
