I have a Standard Bank credit card which was handed to Norton due to non-payment.
Today, I get an SMS telling me that my account has been debited. I go and check my internet banking account and, sure as, there it is, R4 798.98 has been debited.
When I call Standard Bank, I am referred to Norton and when I call Norton, they tell me that they are unable to refund me the money. Yes, I admit that the fault was mine, but really, so much money being debited at a go. This is more than half of my salary for heaven's sake!! I even asked them to reverse the money and keep some of it knowing that I was at fault.
Between Standard Bank & Norton (since none of you are able to provide me with the assistance that I need), I have only just got paid. How do you suppose that I pay my other bills if you are going to take more than a fair share of the money. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!
Nobody said anything to me about making a fixed arrangement to pay, how the was I supposed to know. This is daylight maan.
