I have been struggling since 19/11/2012 to get a paid up letter from Norton Lambrianos, they keep promising to send it to me but I still have not received it. I have another lawyers firm suing me for an account I've paid in full with Norton Lambrianos!
I've spoken to Thakalani (supervisor at Standard Bank credit card collection centre) numerous times but he keeps saying the admin department has to give the letter.
I am very frustrated.
