I have had an issue for 2 years now on a bill with Life Flora Clinic. After escalation to Bayhack Landau Collections from Life Flora Clinic, they contacted me last year on the outstanding bill. Life Flora Clinic claims I owe them in excess of R30, 000.00 and I have proof from Medshield and a letter from the surgeon to confirm that I owe R10, 000.00. Life Flora refused to acknowledge my emails (I have proof of emails) and now Bayhack Landau Collections wants to point the blame at me.
Sandra Mthembu contacted me and I explained my case and provided emails as proof ( I also have proof of my chats with Sandra). I explained and showed her email trails showing my proof as to why no payment was made to Life Flora Clinic. Sandra Mthembu promised to assist in August 2019. After no response from her, I was then threatened with an SMS that I have to appear in court.
So I contacted the offices of Bayhack Landau Collections, and spoke to the Team Leader, Marissa Collins on the 7th February 2020 and she committed to assisting me. She committed to feedback the following week, 10 February 2020.
No feedback again, then today Sandra comes back to me which is really unprofessional.
Then after complaining Marissa reverts and says to me on email, that I must take accountability for not paying and write to Life Flora Clinic explaining why I did not pay and to further shock me, Marissa said that I must make a full payment of R10, 000.00.
That is a legal offence to force a customer to take blame for an account that I have enough proof to show my innocence. I would like to report these two ladies and would like someone to take the time to read my trails of emails to the medical aid and to Life Flora. This is not acceptable, as like Life Flora has a case against me, so do I against them.
