I received a phone call from a gentleman at Norton Lambrianos Attorneys at 13h55 today, the 11/06/2013. This gentleman identified himself by name (I have unfortunately forgotten his name) and advised that he was calling from Norton Lambrianos Attorneys, with regards to my Absa Credit Card. I then asked why he was contacting me directly, instead of through my debt agency. He then replied with "well you didn't even let me finish what I was saying, so good-bye." I was disgusted by his rude attitude - yes I owe Absa money and that's why I'm under debt review. I had every right to ask why he was contacting me directly!
I then phoned Norton Lambrianos Attorneys, and explained my experience to the lady that answered the phone. She apologised and said that this man's attitude was unacceptable, and that she was going to transfer me to someone as I wanted to lay a complaint. Well that ended up at a mail box, number 991.
Even before I went under debt review, I found the Norton Lambrianos Attorneys staff very rude and pushy. I also see that I am not the first to complain about this legal firm.
