I paid off my clicks credit card with MBD attorneys in April 2013. I became aware while trying to buy a house that the acorn was still showing as outstanding. I have proof of payment. Fnb has sent me to mbd attorneys. I have been trying to get to speak to Jamilla who is responsible for fnb settlements at MBD since October 2013. I have left several messages for Jamilla to return my call because each time I call she is not available.
MBDs customer care line is never answered. I am frustrated and very unhappy.
