Pathetic Call Centre

I honestly dont know what to make of this company. Besides its being a mockery and bleeding money from people who know dont know better, they still have a pathetic excuse for a call centre!
I am always the one calling in to check on my account, then the systems are down, then the request cant be put through immediately they will call me back which never happens, suprising when they are debt collectors!
I want settlement quotes for my accounts today still please.
