This firm has been calling me non-stop for the last few months and sending me non-stop emails and sms's asking me to pay my Telkom account and this is after i've numerously asked them to please request the account for me from Telkom. Everytime someone calls me, i ask them whether they've checked their system before they called me because previous notes should've been made, then they just put the phone down in my face. This happens almost everyday. Someone once called while they were still busy chewing food. If this is the kind of firm a big company like Telkom uses to do their things then i really don't know hey. Why do you not just employ people who can do their work properly and that's competent. I think you should really do a proper QA on this company's calls and i can guarantee you, you'll end up dismissing a number of people.
