Bond Cancellation Figures/Settlement

My attorneys requested the bond settlement figures and cancellation etc 3 months ago and sent all the relevant documentation through as requested. To date we have still not received the required documents even though my attorneys have sent numerous emails and have called the call centre many many times to no avail. They are just told its in the system and to wait. This has held up the tranfer of the property and has inconvenienced both the Seller and the Buyer and resulted in us incurring unexpected costs!

It is totally rediculous that one cannot speak to anybody in charge or any senior member to get clairty on the situation as you are just blocked at call centre level by incompetent operators who dont actually care one way or the other!

We are trying to pay the bank back money - you would think they would be eager to receive it!

I actually dont expect any response to this complaint as to date the service I have received has been worse than pathetic!
