10 days and 3 broken promise late

Thank you ABSA for more pathetic service. Your Debt review department is completely useless and so is your unknown employees that hide behind the PDA email address. I have now been waiting for 10 days to get a settlement amount for y credit card. Dhali made promises he could not keep and passed the buck. Gabriel used the excuse of systems being off line. I have waited 4 days for my paid up letter on my cheque account. I still have not recieved this, my husband has been waiting 10days for his paid up letter. He is also still waiting. So here I am again with money to pay my debt and you just dont give n. You dont care about service or happy customers or getting my account paid. Nor do you care about my credit record and how urgently I need to pay my accounts AND get paid up letters. Your only goal is to see how many customers you can off by causing inconvenience. Now you wil reply to this comment and tell me how sorry you are in about 2 days'time and then it will take you another 5 to start sorting out my problem. So I will wait for another month? You really are pathetic.
