This company is unbelievable

I have been getting calls and sms's from this company since December at all times of the day and night

They claim to be collecting an amount for an overdue MTN account, and then for FNB Discovery card

Now the facts:

1. I have never had or have an MTN account
2. My discovery debt (small amount) have been written off, and this can be seen on my ITC listing with Experian and Transunion.

Everytime a call centre agent phones, i try and explain this, I get told to send them proof.

I will not be sending any proof as i dont have proof of this, surely if it is their clients (which its not, as they buy the debt books), they should speak with them before harrasing innocent people?

I get rude remarks, with verbal abuse or they slam the phone in my ear, only to be calling again the next day.

MBD, I have been recording every call, it is illegal to try and collect debt that was written off, or prescribed debt, and you cannot make up accounts that i dont owe on (MTN)

I have been recording the calls and will take this to the NCA and the Consumer Board, and open a case against your firm and every individual from the firm who's names i have
