Unfortunately, you Customer Care agents have failed to provide me with the requested statement on my WOOLWORTHS account and now they do not answer the phones either. I require a detailed statement from the 01/03/2012 to date. I was assured that the statement would be sent. Today there is NO REPLY from the Customer Services department and the statement has not yet been sent. So, this is what I'm going to do... I will impose a STOP PAYMENT on the Debit Order instruction and will refrain from making further payments until such a time as I am able to get some kind of an adequate response from MBD attorneys. Is that fair?
