Is there any worst Customer Service in SA?

You don't answer your phones: (011) 560-4733. Then 011 560-4316 gives me a number to the Manager: 011 560 6281. That number doesn't even ring. No surprises there. You probably have one of the worst Customer Services dept in SA (in my opinion). I want a BETTER settlement on my Woolworths account: 6007 8511 0368 0780. WHO CAN I SPREAK TO? How do I contact you when you don't answer you phones? Because you do not answer your phones, I have no way of contacting you for a BETTER settlement so I am going to impose a STOP PAYMENT on your Debit Order AGAIN. This way, I get you to call me. You will not be able to debit my account any longer so it's in your best interests to contact me to negotiate a BETTER SETTLEMENT. The sooner I can get you out of my life, the better.
